Abandoned in the forest
Nature becomes my aorist
No choice left, consume the flesh
Haunted dreams, moan and thresh
Bones splint and skin tear
Disjointed figure screams through the air
Humanity gone, my eyes turn stone
Repugnant being cannot atone
A mammoth beast stands so frail
Into the night without a trail

Decimated rotting flesh
Hanging from a walking mess
Skin stretched tight
Over gaunt demonic fright
Senseless hunger craving flesh
Helpless mind beyond duress
Slipping further to ravenous thralls
Sickening shrieks and demonics calls
A creature beyond descripted sight
Captured in its horrid right

To the horror of the Wendigo

Chill reigns through the rolling fog
Dying depths of fallen log
Feast upon the dripping meat
But hunger pains never retreat
Snarl and bare my yellowed teeth
A groan in never ending grief
Another body another death
Upon your neck feel my breath
No rhyme or reason in selecting victims
Only flesh concerns the stricken
Run and scream and hide alone
With your last breath you'll hear me moan

Slither through the swaying trees
Insanity grasps as prudence flees
Your life succumbs to my hunger
In the woods a horrifying plunderer
As I eat starvation grows
