First Contact

Here's the beginning
I guess you can call it the introduction
Introspection into the lifestyle
And how it functions
No corruption
Livin pure
Feeling like the first time
Bringing me back to when my pen wrote my Very first rhyme
Burst lines the ink flows
Seen where the seam folds
Pocket full of cream
And a closet full of clean clothes
Need those
A Little more than material possessions
It's how I live my life instead of counting
All my blessings
No stressing when I hit the track
Off my chest and off my back
Do my best not to laugh
Cause the yearning had me trapped
Now we gone learned from that
I love to earn I'm on with math
On the earth I paved a path
Move the dirt where my home is at
Built myself with solidarity
Within the foundation
The bars in the basement
Made sure I never caved in
I write these rhymes in times of escapin
Words like a painting
Cmon kid lets go
you got the whole crowd waitin

Had a lot of anger I had to get out
Out my last albums
What's the outcome
Cats still always gonna doubt him
So I crack a smile
For every one of my enemies
To let them know I'm unaffected
By their negative energy
Just gotta let it be
Live and let die
I ain't really got the time
Except to express it in a rhyme
Lived a life a crime
Wild as a troubled youth
Now I'm living comfortably
Loungin In my Wallabee boots
Spittin in the booth
Words come into fruition
Mix it all down
As it becomes a new composition
Compromise and proposition
Got me in this position
Now as you're sittin back
Just give it an honest listen
These words are just letters
Tied together at the end
Interpreted to make sense
I hope that the message sends
Got some friends that
Helped me get started on the ground breaking
Cmon kid lets go
You got the whole crowd waiting
