Never Ending Show

Sitting here by my window ledge
Looking down on the street below
Just watching the world go by
Seeing all the people come and go

I don't know
A never ending show

I see a father with his little son
Walking rapidly on their way back home
Boy's trying to get his attention
But his father just stares in his IPhone

I don't know
A never ending show

I'm guite happy sitting on my own
Sensing the lights, the smells and sounds
Don't really need to participate
Just watching the wheels go round

A dark lady is passing by
With her yellow turbaned head held high
When I'm trying to catch her glance
She suddenly looks up in the sky

But then I don't really know what to do
What would you do if I was you
Sometimes the outside world gets in to you
