The Battle of Mt. Moon

Heavy gunfire, bullets flying by my ear
And tinnitus, never gonna fully hear
See a hellhound toss a pulsating grenade
Throw it back as he pulls out a serrated blade

The explosion, everybody ran away
Except for those who will simply wither and decay
Just look around at the bodies lying on the ground
And hold onto whatever kind of peace you've found

Mt. Moon
Mt. Moon
Mt. Moon
Mt. Moon

Fear grips my soul, I can't catch my breath
Eclipse the sun, I can't catch my breath

My mind races as my body starts to move
Even I'm not aware of what I'm gonna do
I pull down fellow soldiers and we hit the dirt
I whisper to myself "please God, let this work"

Pull out a bomb from the pocket on my left side
Throw that bastard at the enemy with all my might
With a BOOM, all the Hellhounds turn and run
At the battle of Mt. Moon, the humans won
