Depression and anger
Anxiety n' regrets
Nowadays we're slaves
To extreme mental distress
Yet got to comprehend
Our mind has the strength
Must become stoic beings

Pain in life is clear n' certain
To suffer ain't a worthy burden
A million things we can't control
Yet emotions are within our soul

A tragic loss or a big disaster

Losing the one I love is torture
Endless nights of despair
Were horror
Thought then life just ain't worth living
But if lived as the stoics it can be fulfilling

But enduring harsh pain
Is a part of life

Face the truth
Nothing really is our own
All we have will fade
