Orthostatic Hypotension

I don't have much to bring with me when I trek away
Enumerable possessions but there's just a few I would take
A backpack, my limited wardrobe, half broken pencil & paper
A map of the world, a crappy online translator
Say hello in a foreign language to a stranger
Just so I can go and regret my decision later
Traveled far in snow and sand and I feel no safer
I can say now that I've cried on both sides of the equator

When I'm trapped in your arms it's okay, it makes me feel so freed
I'm in a state of decay, claw at the walls of my mind until the plaster begins to bleed
