Treasure

I think I found a treasure, someone left it on this train
A chest full of something, I'll probably need a crane

It's the last load of people, the tracks can cool for now
I think I'll go to Paris or maybe by a cow

Treasures are so few they take you by surprise
But they're worth a fortune cash one in some time

I opened up the chest. I laughed a hardy laugh
"Thanks" said the paper alone without the cash

I remembered my hurting friend and how I made him smile
How I felt so elated at being so worthwhile

Treasures are so few they take you by surprise
But they're worth a fortune cash one in some time
