Going through a lot, this shit is kind of hard

12 years ago, I almost checked out
Got to do this for that kid in that hospital bed
Only seven years old thinking, "Will I be dead?"
He should of been in school, he was in a coma instead
Wanted God to spare his life so he pleaded and begged
He stayed prayed up
Three months in that bitch, layed up
The end was looking near, that's the shit he was afraid of
By the grace of God, he made it out
He got a second chance, now it's time to make it count

I made it out the hospital but now I'm faced with more
I got a whole bunch challenges that I still endure
Everything that I go through, I wish I could ignore
I look at life as a game and I still have yet to score
Feeling scared, so here and there, I be losing it
Wish hard times came with a guide cuz I was new with this
Depression hitting me heavy, think I'ma go insane
Anxiety calling my name, it's running through my veins
I only named like some of my struggles
But there's a lot of shit that I got to juggle
I'm in a huddle with God and His angles
They tell me not to stress

I got a fear, I know I got to face it
