Seed Of The Void - Orchestral Version
After Wilbers death all his books
Were confiscated by the University
To be studied and translated
To find his motive and solve this mystery
1928, The Whateley House
Was destroyed by an
Invisible monstrosity
It has escaped! The Horror has escaped!
Scouring the town at night
Wrecking, ravaging, destruction
Leaving strange tracks and a horrid stench
The Horror's trail leads to the circle of stones
Horror unleashed
Old Whateley's seed
Yog-Sothoth's spawn on earth
Nightmare born for the lords return
Left and neglected for far too long
The Dunwich Horror broke free of its bonds
Unable to translate the texts
The University released them to Armitage
Who found success within his deciphering
But his mind slipped as the texts drove him mad...
"Darkness brews within Dunwich
I must investigate, and see what awaits me..."
He called his men
Madly explaining
They had to leave
Lets make a plan
They leave in a week
But their plans changed
When the newspaper revealed
Dunwich had been razed to the ground
"DUNWICH! DESTROYED! HORROR!"
Rushing out the door
Gathering their gear
The men make off for Dunwich
To truly witness fear
Horror unleashed
Old Whateley's seed
Yog-Sothoth's spawn on earth
Nightmare born for the lords return
Left and neglected for far too long
The Dunwich Horror broke free of its bonds
Witnessing destruction
As they arrived
In decrepit Dunwich
Disbelief filled their bloodshot eyes
Out of the circle of stones
Emerged the unseen, writhing mass
They can see from the trail it leaves
It is headed right for them
Armitage had a plan indeed
To reveal and banish this horrid being
Loading white powder into a sprayer
And making ready a banishing spell
Watching from afar
Some with telescopes
The people of Dunwich went mad
As the Horror met their eyes
Dr. Armitage
Stood upon the hill
Waving his arms, chanting his spell
To rid the world of this living hell
Horror unleashed
Old Whateley's seed
Yog-Sothoth's spawn on earth
Nightmare born for the lords return
Left and neglected for far too long
The Dunwich Horror broke free of its bonds
Spraying the Horror
With white powder revealed its form
Gigantic circular mass of eyes and tentacles
And half a distorted face
Armitage chanted louder
The Horror began to scream
"FATHER! HELP ME! YOG-SOTHOTH!"
As lightning stuck the Horror and it vanished entirely...
"Now, join your brother Wilbur in the void!"
