The Delilah

Pink dahlia
It only appeals
To me in elegance but nothing for the primordial
Roots of this earth real
I have walked as porcelain precise for so long
Purity like silk robes white and dead of passion or love
All that I want to love is beauty and to enchant
I wish to lose all affinity romantic
Because walls of gold beyond my white beach dresses
If I'm to brush against their dream
I can't regard pain or regret

I will be the best delilah of them all
In fibrous death
I'll know that I was loved
Because for the love of beauty and to enchant
There is nothing else that I have ever wanted

If any man is ever to cry for me
Outside of fibrous death ascending
I'll know that I will have failed what I seek

Pink dahlia
It only appeals
To me in elegance but nothing for the primordial
Roots of this earth real
I have walked as porcelain precise for so long
Purity like silk robes white and dead of passion or love
All that I want to love is beauty and to enchant
