Every single night in front the Mac book
Tryna figure out the code to have it good
I scatter out my thoughts on this carpet
Make a record and restart it then revisit and it's actually good
Being perfect detrimental to my progress

Part of me is blessed for that mindset

I realized that I was spoiled in opportunities so much it almost ruined me
2017 I found myself complacent

The money came from AGF and I was workin'
I really wish I had the knowledge now to make it worth it

But looking back I feel I ain't deserve it
I really thought that record that I did with Tory Lanez would help me make it faster
I really thought that song with Los would take it after
To my surprise I'm still here where I was
But I can say that I made tracks wit some my favorite rappers and that's cool
Not to mention open acts that I won't touch on
My resume heft my but results ain't up to par
Saw my peers step they game up so I had to up the bars
