Bittersweet Goodbyes

I have so much to do with so little time
And there's so many pointless thoughts crowding my mind
I'm ready to ditch these screaming deadlines
But I'm loosing my grip on the concept of time
Cause there's only so many summer days
Til we all move away

But how do I
Move away from the house I grew up in
Pack my bags and pretend like it's nothing
Still have to thank all the kids grew up with
Cause they made me who I am
Yea those bittersweet goodbyes are the worst part of leaving

And I'm breaking down as the days start to fade
As we move into our new phase
Another chapter but I can't turn the page
