A Kiss from You (Live at Princeton, 1973)
Thank you very much
The name of that tune was A Kiss From You
The original title was, at one time, Lydia
It was written for a motion picture that starred Rhonda Fleming
And her name in the picture was Lydia
And the lovely lyric that, uh, I'm not in good form to sing tonight
But was written by Johnny Mercer
And, uh, the melody was written by me
And I'm very happy that the musicians played it so well
Being that's the first time they'd seen it, just then, hahahaha
