So Far, So Good

Please forgive my negativity
I think the panic got the best of me
I never learned to cope with insecurity
Point the finger if you want, but the guilt is erased
You can't shake easily

You bitched and moaned for your chance to show
What you got to give, well shit, here you go
Enough is enough, is my hate all you want from me?
Take the reins and these scars you gave
Will bear fruit at last and absorb the pain
There are risks to play a gutter game like this
It's either trialed my 12 or carried by 6

I shot myself in the foot again
And I can't feel, can't feel anything
I'm waiting for the falling rain to end
So far, so good, I guess

I never really got a chance
To recognize the darker side of me that would give up my pride
Dignity flawed by design
More narcissist than I can hide
Never quite devoted to the notion
That it's noted that if either one of us attempt to climb
You won't look up, and nor will I
I'll keep my head high, and close my eyes

Enough is enough, am I stuck in a memory?
If I just get up, can I trust my integrity?
Enough is enough, am I stuck in the gravity?
If I just get up, can you trust in me mentally?

I shot myself in the foot again
And I can't feel, can't feel anything
I'm waiting for the falling rain to end
So far, so good, I guess

I shot myself in the foot again
And I can't feel, can't feel anything
I'm waiting for the falling rain to end
So far, so good, I guess

Hey, why's gotta be so hard?
Never gonna get this far
I hate every little thing you say
Now you're on your own, okay
Every little thing you say, never be enough for me, okay
Every little thing you say
And now you're on your own

I shot myself in the foot again
And I can't feel, can't feel anything
I'm waiting for the falling rain to end
So far, so good, I guess

I shot myself in the foot again
And I can't feel, can't feel anything
I'm waiting for the falling rain to end
So far, so good I guess (so far, so good I guess)

The falling rain to-
So far, so good, I guess
The falling rain to-
So far, so good, I guess
