Fungabee Falls

Deep down by a forest stream
Under a jungle canopy
Where the apes live in the trees
By the falls of fungabee

Then one day the sun grew hot
And the ground went dry
And the jungle all dried up
The apes struggled to survive

Facing the strange the stoned apes followed their nose
To the savanna grasslands
Where the mushroom grows

Empty belly's so they took a taste
And their eyes were opened wide
They saw themselves for the first time
And a million stars up in the sky
Beyond the grassland in the grove
A rhythm beat into a trance
And the sounds turned into song
And the apes began to dance
