Fear and Loathing
I ain't a poet and a preacher
I just got something to say
Guess I'm a little bit of both today
That was a poem right there
Shane keep that
Let me talk to them
They rather ship us off to Mars
Then to fix the world we live in
I was staring at the stars
When I started getting livid
Watching the news
And everybody confused
The government been passing laws We ain't even get to choose
Still they look at me
Like I'm the one who's dumb
Cause I skipped college
To write these songs
That don't mean that I'm wrong
They don't even care
They wolves in sheep's clothing
The masks that they wear
Won't hide their souls
They'll dim your light
Just to say their glowing
When did all these full houses
Start folding
Yeah
I might move to Las Vegas
All this fear and the loathing
Is taking a toll on my peers
And making em' feel lonesome
Family values are gone
And nothing is ever wholesome
All these parents getting trapped
Like Lindsay Lohan
I used to watch Nick at Night and
The Cosby Show
It hurts your heart when you find
Out your hero's turned cold
And kids say the darnedest things
Don't though
And dead presidents will buy you
A good lawyer won't they
And if I ever fall off
Trust me that's gon' be a cold day
Hell must be frozen over
I would never do it your way
Fear over freedom
Got me feeling like a casualty
Fear over freedom
And they push it a casually
Fear over freedom
Got me feeling like a casualty
I'm speaking for the people
Don't let them turn this to a tragedy
And you might hate the message dog But please don't shoot the messenger
I'm on a mission more then business
There's been lessons learned
Girls think I'm the one
Sending kisses in my messenger
I don't blame em' I'm the kid
Need an Aniston like Jennifer
I'm on a different coast different lane Different wave
I think differently i'm different mane'
I'm different mane'
Educated and a business man
Rapper and a singer man
They want a piece of me just like Some phycophants
But I'm a different man
Ima do a different dance
Put H to the izzo like jigga man
Put frost on the wrist like tigga man
6 figure man 7 0's dog
Keep my palms
Wide open
Never closed dog
I'll be counting up these blessing till I'm old dog
Raise your hand if you a hater
Here's the roll call
I'm on the road dog
Raise your hand if you a hater
Here's the roll call
Fear over freedom
Got me feeling like a casualty
Fear over freedom
And they push it a casually
Fear over freedom
Got me feeling like a casualty
I'm speaking for the people
