I wrote another song this morning
Sent it to O and we worked on the wording
But no one will have ever heard it
Cause it sits on a laptop with thousands we've deserted

We'll just write another song tomorrow
Listen to favorites, looking to borrow
Bits and pieces, riffs and reasons
Just to feel less hollow

Go searching for gold
Feel like a fool
Try catching lightening
Inside a tiny room

We try to write a song that's worthy
