There's a million words and a million ways
For each and all and everyone to get day by day
But one likes it hot and the other likes it cold

Find equilibrium between this and that

I met a bloke that seemed slightly off balance
A walking mimic that was drunk on social challenge
Still, he played it cool being someone else
But what's so cool in being afraid of yourself?
As he tried so hard to be what he's not
A character to prove something that he hasn't got
And it's with ease that I could see right through
The glass he's made of sure wasn't self shatter proof

It's what those wandering eyes, they think of you

The constant struggle of trying to be on top
'Cause second in line will never be enough
The bravado battle it goes on and on
As the fog of desperation covers up where they're from
But who says that we need some sort of moral direction
Or a handy set of values to guide a person
When we can all have right of way, a way of rights
So it's a case of shut your mouth 'cause we can all say what we like
And the narcissist moron of the new dimension
Creates wave of a ripple drowning the rest in tension(al)
Contempt that they've built throughout all this
As they build themselves higher their structures at risk
