Don't Go Out Into the Woods Alone
Old Mr. Johnson had a perfect life
A perfect home with a perfect wife
He went out to the woods one weekend
And he came back home with a brand new friend
Well all the neighbors they heard a scream
Didn't take for the police to be on the scene
He said don't believe the spider's lies
And he blew his head off in front of their eyes
When you're out in the great unknown
You hear something talking just leave it alone
Make sure that your children know
Don't go out into those woods alone
Young Alison had two best friends
They said they'd be close til the very end
They asked her to come over to play
It was no different from any other day
Into the woods the three girls raced
They told Alison she'd been replaced
They said the spider wanted her to die
And they stabbed the poor girl 47 times
When you're out in the great unknown
You hear something talking just leave it alone
Make sure that your children know
Don't go out into those woods alone
Mr. Davidson had a son
Protective of him, he was the only one
Took him to the woods one day
And what had happened I dare not say
He told his son not to go to far ahead
Called to him but heard nothing instead
The trail by the river came to an end
And he never saw his son again
When you're out in the great unknown
You hear something talking just leave it alone
Make sure that your children know
A perfect home with a perfect wife
He went out to the woods one weekend
And he came back home with a brand new friend
Well all the neighbors they heard a scream
Didn't take for the police to be on the scene
He said don't believe the spider's lies
And he blew his head off in front of their eyes
When you're out in the great unknown
You hear something talking just leave it alone
Make sure that your children know
Don't go out into those woods alone
Young Alison had two best friends
They said they'd be close til the very end
They asked her to come over to play
It was no different from any other day
Into the woods the three girls raced
They told Alison she'd been replaced
They said the spider wanted her to die
And they stabbed the poor girl 47 times
When you're out in the great unknown
You hear something talking just leave it alone

When you're out in the great unknown
You hear something talking just leave it alone
Make sure that your children know
