My Plane

This airplane I made from scratch
Two folds that make one
I throw it everyday, hoping to see it fly
But it never does
I make another with different folds
They seem to work, just not this one
Everyone around, their planes, lift off the ground
But my plane falls flat

Tell me I'm not the only one
Whos plane never seems to fly, there must be more
I rip the page with anger, cause all I wanna see is that paper glide
Glide, glide, oh
Chance after chance I give it, it refuses to get in the air
Maybe it's time to rebuild, my plane

I went to the park for the last time
Took a breath and winded back, and let it go
No matter how I throw it, or how the wind blows
My plane won't flow, cause

Tell me I'm not the only one
Whos plane never seems to fly, there must be more
I rip the plane apart, frustration gets the best of me
Help this thing fly, oh
Try after try, oh
Maybe it's time to rebuild, my plane

(I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, how it flies)
(I don't know, I don't know, how it flies)
(I don't know how it flies)
Maybe it's time to rebuild my plane
