This Is The Way

This is the way I make my bed
Straighten the sheets for the day ahead
Put the pillows in their right spot
Nice and tidy, I like it a lot
I made my bed! Now it's time to clean myself

This is the way I get myself clean
I go to the bathroom for the morning routine
I wash my face with cold water
Then I wipe it with my favorite towel
I feel tidy and clean now! Ohh, I need to brush my teeth now

This is the way I brush my teeth
I hold the toothpaste and gently squeeze
I put some toothpaste on the brush
Then I brush it with care and I never rush
Hahaha my teeth are so shiny

This is the way I dress myself
I choose my clothes from the closet's shelf
I put on my shirt and then my pants
And then I remember to tie my shoelaces
Now my hair

This is the way I comb my hair
Grab my brush, run it through with care
Brush front and back, brush right and left
My hair is done now, Wow! it looks great
My hair looks so pretty now! Yay
Now I am ready for breakfast!

This is the way I eat my breakfast
I take a seat, after I get dressed
I eat quietly and drink well too
When I'm done eating, I always Say Thank you
Let's put the plate and cup away

This is the way I go to school
Because I follow the golden rule
Always to be clean and behave well
And be in class before the morning bell
Let's wait for the school bus

This is the way we ride on the school bus
Wait for the horn until the driver calls us
"Honk Honk Honk" The bus is here
Let's get on the bus. Come my dear
Heheh I'll sit on this comfy seat next to my friend

This is the way we carry our books
Hold them together with attentive looks
Go to the classroom and sit nice and quite
Wait for my subject teacher to arrive
Good Morning teacher
