Rock-A-Bye Baby

Rock-a-bye baby, on the treetop
When the wind blows, the cradle will rock
When the bough breaks, the cradle will fall
And down will come baby, cradle and all

Baby is now curled up in mother's arms
Swinging back and forth, feeling her warmth
The cradle keeps swinging from left to right
And Mother is kissing the baby good night

Rock-a-bye baby, look at the stars
They also wonder how lovely you are
Baby is drowsy, hugging his bear
The mother is swinging in her rocking chair

I'll be right here when you go to sleep
And angels will guard you so don't you weep
Close your eyes and sleep well my dear
Sleep until morning, mommy is near
