Return to Halcyon

A sense of calm sitting on my shoulder
Somehow just now I can move this boulder
And roll it to the sea down this path of unbearable ash using only the sound from the great ocean's crash

Forgotten flowers destined to bloom with a steady wave of rainstorms coming soon

There is no truth in Murphy's Law just crooked trees above an animal's maw
So go rest your bones for now the sting is set free
And there will always be a part of you walking with me

If the seas run dry long before the farewell try I know a book of mind will help me to touch the sky
All the ragged rhymes of the poet crushing clandestine
And boldly telling the times when being bold is in decline
