The one Foretold of (Poem)

The story, of the one who was foretold of
Said to come, and die so that he could mold us
Into a spotless, blameless, perfect, and altogether splendid, reflection of himself
This one was mentioned on many occasions long before his arrival
It was even told that he would step on, crush and dismember the skull of his rival
Multiple times in the bible, he was mentioned, not one word idle
The author and theme of this holy book, call him the title
At the forefront of the intention, God's way to talk to us, his invention
Please allow me to mention, that we all have a sin infection
But for only some this man has provided death prevention

A wise one, with a Father just like him, a wise son
Who was moved when seeing his creation in shambles
That he would come with a purpose, not to ramble
Many were types of him from
Daniel, to David to Abraham, to Moses
God's will let us know this, that we be made over to the image of who he is
And our depiction, which used to be of sin, now cleansed

Induced, and influenced, not by the physical spilling of the red fluid, no
Rather the implications which that spillage had proven
Jesus was real
Not only was he real
But he was really paying, atoning, and groaning
For the transgressions of countless sins
Which seemed to have no end however, they did
Isaiah 9:6 was the blueprint of the one they later called messiah
Who would come to save and advocate
Thieves, bandits, malefactors and liars
Not allowing them to remain in their sin, rather to cleanse them from within
