I heard people saying there's some rain coming

I say give me that rain
Make me see a rainbow
Why does it always rain on my parade
Every time the wind blows
I've got my tongue sticking out
I'm going to let the rain fall on it
All my leaves are upside down
It's very symbiotic
I've come prepared for the weather
Boots and a jacket
