The day I accepted the Lord in my life
Such joy over flooded my soul
My eyes filled with tears and my heart overflowed
As I thanked Him for what He had done
My sins had been buried no more to be known
And Jesus had cleansed my soul

Seek me and you shall find me

When the cares of the world close in
That's when I need to draw closer to Him
So I begin to pray

Now when my life is almost spent
And death is at my door
I'll rest in my saviors comforting arms
And trust in Him alone
He'll take me to be with Him over there
