Lazy

I need to stop procrastinating
Lounging 'round in bed,
I didn't wash or dress myself
From feet on up to head.

Catastrophising's paralysing
Rendered me inept,
Self-doubt thrives when I do nowt
But hide curled up in bed.

Waiting for a gift horse seldom does you any help
I just have to dig deeper and motivate myself
