Grateful

It's been quite a while since I last saw you
And I heard that you're hanging out with someone new
But that makes me happier than you'll ever know
You were gone, I moved on
I was getting in a good place in my mind
But then I come to find I was blind

I had to take a look at who I thought I was
And go and make some changes all because
I will be better for who I love next
