I know they saying that it's unhealthy to overthink
But they ain't know what's in my mind that pushed me to the brink
The future's changing, it ain't look like it gon stay the same
Can't count all the times I've had this thought, too busy contemplating
They told me "dream big", tryna do this as my occupation
But nothing comes without the work, I shouldn't be too vacant
Write and bar and scrap a bar, old feelings forsaken

With these unfamiliar faces I call friends
