Dear God's daughter
I pray we don't get caught up
With the world's version of love
I pray we search for the real reason and let God help us
Work through us
And build us
Making two become one

I got fears and you know them
But from today I refuse to hold them
I got scars they've been open but you sowed them
And closed them
Started off as friends
You divine and God sent
So I need to protect

And pray over our future
If only I met you sooner
But I wasn't ready yet so I give thanks to the ruler

Trying to be a better Christian
Trying to have a better way of thinking
Tryna keep faith and stop the sinking
Christ is clenching my thirst so I'm drinking
Anytime I feel under attack I pray about it instant

I'm trying to lead you right not blind
Think of good things in my mind
Always think of the best way to spend our time
Grow in Christ and multiply
Be your shoulder when you cry
Reassure you that it's gonna be fine

You don't understand your capability but one day you will
Keep bettering your skills
You're never alone in the field
We know your testimony girl you could of been killed
So it's about time you step into God's will
Be still

Hear His voice
Every other one is void
Background noise
Make the choice
There's somethings that we can't avoid
Non the less we praise God and still give Him all our joys

Together from God above
He sees potential in us
There will be days it'll be tough
There's been times it's been rough
But we got Grace
Our God is just
There's redemption in us
So let's readjust

With the bread of life

Cos my biggest flex in life

True definition of love being patient and love being kind

But on a deeper note
I just need you to know
Any fears you need to let go
Cos Christ is our cornerstone
Holds the keys to our happy home
Let's water eachother and grow
Allow room for correction and let the love flow

I gotta thank you for everything you do for me
When I'm sick you look after me
You lift me up you never tarnish me
You care and never harm me
You pray over me and guard me
Forever giving me a healthy beat

You introduced me to 1 Corinthians 13:4
I pray to be everything you pray for and more
I will cherish your love
Kiss your flaws
Guard you on your salvation and never push you from the Lord

And to your dreams and purpose
Remind you, you can never be worthless
The moment you touch their hair it's perfect
The moment the prayer leaves your lips God's heard it
He never gave you a spirit to be nervous
He's alive in you so keep that fire burning
Your future is certain
So all frustration and cries He heard it
Hold up your burdens
