Hallucinations
I'm always looking at my past from time to time
I'm tryna paint myself this picture when I was growing up
A little nigga carrying faith and a loaded gun
It was my head filled with clips so I laid some rounds
Painting pictures for the wisdom was quite intense
I made some friends and some acquaintances along the way
The road was tough, hard, immense but my circle's straight
I ducked the police
I ducked the drugs and I'm a superstar
The passion never dies
The hope is that I reconcile
With former leaders just to break it down and know the struggle
Being puddled by the whites and understand the need
To ruling countries, colonizing but there's one leader
The one I talk to when my problems are huge
We're gullible fools
Their leaders are cruel
I'm running from you
I'm counting my tools
Adapting to ruins
Including the poor
The killing in hoods and topping with loots
I'm tryna find myself in this jungle
There's water and peace in the struggle
Table neat red wine and there's candles
Red wine table neat and there's manners
I'm tryna find myself in this jungle
There's water and peace in the struggle
Table neat red wine and there's candles
Red wine table neat and there's manners
Now the problem that I have is that
I'm insecure
I listen to a lot of people
Telling me my negatives
But then the positives are overwhelming
All the negatives
I drown myself in music
And I choose to side with positives
I overcame some obstacles
And managing this artistry
I'm breaking all these boundaries
And navigating poverty
I'm changing all perception about currency
And what it means
I'm losing sleep
But functioning my better than these
Hoes
I'm tryna find myself in this jungle
There's water and peace in the struggle
Table neat red wine and there's candles
Red wine table neat and there's manners
I'm tryna find myself in this jungle
There's water and peace in the struggle
Table neat red wine and there's candles
Red wine table neat and there's manners
I'm tryna find myself in this jungle
There's water and peace in the struggle
Table neat red wine and there's candles
Red wine table neat and there's manners
Black is the future
And black is the stone
Complex and simple
I'm setting the tone
Rich from our roots
But the riches are few
Dripping with wax
On the edge of a candle
Changing the channel
And dandy's in action
Paving the street
Paving the street
Duuuuuduuuuuuduuuduuu
Shout out to the black people who don't hate white people
Shout out the black people who don't hate white people
