Gotta be honest, I'm super nervous about tonight

A whole album in full with the band the way it sounds, exactly like it sounds on the record
I'm usually, this is my live set
I'm on a loop pedal and it always sounds quite different to the record
And that's kind of the way that I like it
I like, you listening to the album and coming to a gig and then just hearing it re-imagined
But because you've never heard this album I'm about to play
We can kind of give it to you exactly the way that it is on the record

And you can, I'ma tell you stories from it and blah-blah-blah
But it's a-, yeah, it's gonna be, it's gonna be weird
'Cause these stories are all real stories that happened in my life
And, uh, I often find when you release music, the music then belongs to the public
So the next song I'm gonna play, it's been out for a while
I wrote it about my wife, but it now belongs to all of you

But the thing is with the songs I'm about to play you is

And it's been nice, sort of, hearing the stories of that
But anyway, this is a song that I wrote back in 2015 that used to belong to me
And now belongs to all of you
