When Sparrows Sing

Out in the pasture, all over the hillside
The bees in the grass are all humming a tune
They sing while they work with a song full of mirth
And they'll keep up their tune in the warm afternoon

So maybe I'll join them and whistle along
To the symphony of all of creation's song
For God feeds the sparrow and he feeds me too
So when sparrows sing, maybe, I'll sing with you

The shadows of birds singing high up above you
Bid you look up and to enjoy the view
They circle the sun shining bright down upon you
Filling the air with a melody new

So maybe I'll join them and whistle along
To the symphony of all of creation's song
For God feeds the sparrow and he feeds me too
So when sparrows sing, maybe, I'll sing with you

So maybe I'll join them and whistle along
To the symphony of all of creation's song
For God feeds the sparrow and he feeds me too
So when sparrows sing, maybe, I'll sing with you
