Day is over
Night spills over
Lying in his bed now
One by one
Reflecting over
Things that made his day now
First its good thoughts
Mixed with bad thoughts
Then its bad thoughts
Mixed with worse thoughts
In the end his mind concludes
He's dying all alone now

His wife cheated on him
Took his heart

Now he's broken
By himself
He feels there's no where left to go
This is Old Homer the Goat
He can't take life anymore
He feels like his hell has transpired on Earth
He's done
He tried his best to put his life together and
Pick up the pieces left by the heartbreak
But then his friends decided to leave him
His wife had turned them all against him
He's alone

Now that everyone left him
He was all alone
He had considered it was time to leave this world
But he said he won't give up this time
He'll build himself back up

Looked inside him
Tried to find some answers
