Muffled Lullaby

Gripping all the glass that enters my hand
I'll wait inside the leveled house in silence
A hand covers my mouth from behind, I hear a sigh
Sing myself to sleep, it takes a muffled lullaby

I'm gone

Give my body and sink me down
Pale like dog teeth biting ground
Nothing sweeter than getting pliers to the mouth
Cover up a leak but it always builds up
Couldn't stand again so I headed down south
Singing silently to the arms that keep me down

I'm gone
