Moss

Floating, no idea where they are going
Falling in and out of where they've been
Underneath the rushing water
Stones that are sinking

Stem off, root out from this graveyard
Tell off every tree that blocks the sun
Place it back in water
See what it's thinking

Wash over me, I don't mind
Grow over me, I'll come back with time

Seemed softer but the moss is decoration
And it taught her that it won't look how it feels
Constant flow of water
Careful while you drink it

Wash over me, I don't mind
Over me, I don't mind
Grow over me, I'll come back with time

What is mine?
What is mine? oh is mine
What is mine? oh is mine
What is mine will always be

I was swimming in the water
Worried I was shrinking
But I am the son and daughter
Of a light always blinking

Wash over me, I don't mind
Over me, I don't mind
Grow over me, I'll come back with time
Grow over me, I'll come back with time
