One Foot First
Daisy had a dream she was about to go
But she's got a big problem with vertigo
Jamie said he's gonna think about the tracks
Yeah, he's got a lot on his mind to unpack
Daisy had a feeling to put one foot first
But she didn't want people's feelings hurt
Jamie danced around with a skipping rope
But it's against his religion, said some guy called the Pope
If I could go
I'd disappear
Let no one know
Say no goodbyes
Eleanor's gonna write a few things down
But she left her pen at the lost and found
Oliver is trembling in his fingers
But mom made his favourite meatloaf dinner
Eleanor's crying but no one hears her
Now she went missing and they don't have a picture
Oliver's out and he's gone forever
He's finally worked out he's not getting better
If I could go
I'd disappear
Let no one know
Say no goodbyes
Something keeps holding me back
You change your mind so fast
Under the weight you crack
If you go can't turn back
Your own head tries to attack
You can't choose how to react
Close your eyes try to relax
Then breathe out and smile for the flash
But she's got a big problem with vertigo
Jamie said he's gonna think about the tracks
Yeah, he's got a lot on his mind to unpack
Daisy had a feeling to put one foot first
But she didn't want people's feelings hurt
Jamie danced around with a skipping rope
But it's against his religion, said some guy called the Pope
If I could go
I'd disappear
Let no one know
Say no goodbyes
Eleanor's gonna write a few things down
But she left her pen at the lost and found

But mom made his favourite meatloaf dinner
Eleanor's crying but no one hears her
Now she went missing and they don't have a picture
Oliver's out and he's gone forever
He's finally worked out he's not getting better
If I could go
I'd disappear
Let no one know
Say no goodbyes
Something keeps holding me back
You change your mind so fast
Under the weight you crack
If you go can't turn back
Your own head tries to attack
You can't choose how to react
Close your eyes try to relax
Then breathe out and smile for the flash
