Down Deep

I had the dream again I drove into water
I couldn't open the doors
I was a goner

Watched the water filling up
Kicking at the glass
Had to hold the air that's left
Had to make it last
And it was buried down deep, but it found me

There's people under my feet
Probably a million

I fall forward all at once kicking in the air
I reach out for something that is no longer there
