I got options cause a share of time is what I'm owning
Found some freedom in the margins now I'm on a roll and

The rain only ruins a day if you let it
The same way that tears ain't ever gotta make you stress cause
Just as rain will shape a mountain with it's water flow
Your tears create your character, don't you ever forget it

Nowadays, some people care more about a dead phone
Than a dead man (true), desensitized by the Gram (sad)
And the grams they taking (facts), I'd rather take the time
To take some risks and make some friends
Then make decisions that lead to deals sealed by handshaking

I got a heart that just can't quit
Even on the coldest nights it keeps me warm just like a fleece
I've been building up my infrastructure slowly, brick by brick
Preparing for war so I can have peace
