Christinica

A crescent river stood on top of a plain
To flow north in the way of a polar opposite
Direction this means it makes a waterfall
And as it drops it sprinkles down
Through the engine and tail
Giving energy to flight
Of a predestined expedition
And this is how my life has been so far
Give me clues as to what you mean
I'm a muppet singing songs of fire
To an audience of a one man choir
I love you and I know you know
The lamp tells me all the warmth it knows
The moth flies in a circle that makes no sense
Time is time and it seems to be going by
And all that matters is we know
You know and I know
And still this is a warm a fraction of a cold war
A bleached fan in a sun drenched state of away
I don't care if you go it alone
Who's to say if you're from an assumption of wit
Or something clever be the way to let go
Now let's say I jumped off the fifteenth floor
To just prove that you wouldn't let me hit the ground
Here I go now I'm the boy who can fly
