Nobody's gonna really care about you when you die
They might drive in their car
Play a song that reminds you of them, they might cry
They might go to a park
A place that the two of used to sit together in the dark

But the truth is they'll care for a moment
And then when the moment is over
They'll go back to doing things
They'll go back to their jobs
They'll get married, have offspring
They'll do things that are more important than remembering

Because you're just a placeholder
And people around you, they'll get older and older
And one day they'll join you
They'll be buried right beside your tomb
And then it wont matter how you both ended up dead
Expired, buried in a loam-laiden plot:
If it was of natural causes
Or if it was because you tied a rope around your neck in a closet
