OLD AGE

I said, that we were gone
But, here we are now
I said, that we were gone
But, here we are now
Check it, check it

18 years old, up in this world
And I'm parading
And I don't think I've had a second
Or I've come to realization, that I'm
In my prime or these will be my older ages
These are the days that we'll reflect on
As our essence turns to blank pages
In 20 years from now, we'll sit and sing to children
Which we've procreated with the human construct that we live in
We'll tell them that we love 'em
We'll show what we envisioned
And we'll teach them all the knowledge of this world
That we had built them

Like, what are they gonna do?
Hopefully, nothing like we did
I feel like my whole generation jumped off the deep end
Cause, we're not here for each other
We just humans, with no reason
We ain't got a pot to piss in and it's like that for a reason
Like, maybe we should make the times go a bit better
Reconcile everything and bring about the sunny weather
Cause, just remember, these are things that we'll remember
As we're dying out while standing there, gazing at the bigger picture

18 years old, up in this world
And I'm parading
And I don't think I've had a second
Or I've come to realization, that I'm
In my prime or these will be my older ages
These are the days that we'll reflect on
As our essence turns to blank pages
In 20 years from now, we'll sit and sing to children
Which we've procreated with the human construct that we live in
We'll tell them that we love 'em
We'll show what we envisioned
And we'll teach them all the knowledge of this world
That we had built them

Like, what are they gonna do?
Hopefully, nothing like we did
I feel like my whole generation jumped off the deep end
Cause, we're not here for each other
We just humans, with no reason
We ain't got a pot to piss in and it's like that for a reason
