But things changed, they've changed for a long while
I see clearer than I did for long time

My father passed away, I didn't know where to go
My eyesight was blurred, I had no control
Then corona virus also came into the mix
So I got one more reason not to play on gigs
But even without covid I wouldn't wanna spit

When people asked me I said i'm only on a break
To reflect on what's wrong and on my mistakes
But time flew so fast, I didn't realize the pace
I thought it might be too late to get back in shape
