Conservation

Wading through the tall grass
Walking by the light of the moon
Wolves in the distance
Howling and I'm getting nervous
Things are looking better
Cause I found a tree to climb up
Then I was wondering
If wolves can climb too

On the climb I noticed sun was starting to come up over the
Mountain passages I think I see my route for now

Survey the area one last
Time before I set out for the
Mountains and the way out
Then I hear the footsteps approaching
The wolves are upon me
My fate has turned in an instant
They're hungry, they're starving
And there's nothing that I can do

On the climb I noticed sun was starting to come up over the
Mountain passages I think I see my route for now

The material world has transferred
Some energy from my flesh to the stomachs of beasts
The conservation efforts 'round these parts have worked, that's a guarantee
