Pipe Falling

Last week I was walking around Old GoGo City
But not the one we all know
I was walking around the streets
That were bordered up with brick walls years ago
Now they are empty, sad, dark
I wonder how they looked like when they had life in them
Kids running around
Weird people selling weird food that smelled delicious
A woman that looks like a fish revealing your future and telling you
That you were going to find love around the corner
But now the corner is not a corner anymore
And there's no kids, no food, no strange fish woman
Out of nowhere a Pipe fell
And made a horrible sound
(CLANCKKK!)
But who cares
There was no one to bother anyways
I got closer to the Pipe
It was rusty and heavy
I tried to lift it but I couldn't
One day the Pipe was bringing water to people
And now it's destined to become waste forever
At least I noticed it, at least I know the Pipe exists
But no one else knows it fell
If a Pipe falls in an empty abandoned street
But nobody hears it falling
Did it really fall?
If I had died out there
Smashed by a Pipe falling
Would have anyone ever noticed?
Nobody but me was there
Maybe I was destined to become waste with the Pipe
At least the Pipe wouldn't have to spend eternity
Wasting alone forever
I'm glad I'm alive
And not rotting the Pipe
That fell in an abandoned, dark, empty street
Where no one walks anymore
