First of all, I'd like to give honor to God, who's the head of my life, thank you Lord, for bringing
me this far
I was young at one time, I had boyfriends, you know, and I went through some things called love

But it really wasn't love, it was like a infatuation
And through that infatuation, I was cheated on, lied to, and dumped, okay
But I'm encouraging everyone that want to be in a relationship, wait on God
Try to go to school and get your education and do the things that you need to do for yourself before you start trying to build a relationship with someone else
You know, love is real, it's real love, not that phony of love that's jealous, not loyal
it's a cheating love, that's not that kind of love
But love is real, if you're gonna love somebody, love them with your whole heart

I'm just saying to the young ladies, you know, be a young lady, keep yourself
cover yourself, walk in integrity
Don't be out there just shaking around and showing off, that stuff ain't cute
It is not cute at all

I told my granddaughter, she's talking about going somewhere with me with a du-rag on her head
I said, girl, you ain't going out the house with me with that thing looking like the world
These people out here get copycats
You know, so I told her to take it off and I gave her a nice hat to wear on her head and she put it on and she really Liked it
See, a lot of y'all copycat off each other, these young girls, they copycat the hair
all that hair, you spend four, five, six hundred dollars on a copycat
And you can't even hardly pay your rent, kids ain't got clothes, they can't

you know, there's no food, the bill's late and due, your house is nasty and dirty
