Drowning in sorrows
Like do I wanna see tomorrow
I know life is something we borrow
But this pain slapping at my heart though

I'm cold, I'm numb
Like those where I'm from
But I won, rule of thumb
Yeah, tunnel vision

I kept my vision
While they were wishing
I was missing
Every blessing, every lesson

That kept them stressing
Growing up like that was depressing
But I kept pressing
Yeah, music is all I had

If I was ever down
Music made me glad
Always been a clown
Always been around

When anybody needed me
Yet I had envy
Only way they treated me
Always too nice

Came with a price
But I believed in karma
So I was always right
My good karma added up

And they call it luck
And I'm still doing good
Me and God well understood
I understood things that I shouldn't have

And I still do
Look at my life, man
It's all a living proof
I grind day and night

Always in the booth
Shaking my head at slick comments
Nothing better to do
My advice is to stay in your lane

Now focus on the next player's game
Don't say he's to blame
Cause you can't gain what you wanna gain
