Delay the Reverb - 05.02.2012 Early demo Heartbeat
This is the earliest demo of a song
That would later be called Heartbeat
What interested me here is the lick itself
How the delay is affected by the reverb
And vice versa
There are no rules on how you set up your guitar pedals
But I had it the "wrong" way around which
Resulted in this delay effect
I built a song around that idea
Lyrics to this became about my first born
And how we used to play football
In the hallway where each game was up to ten goals
Also how we listened to songs of Batman
And Spiderman and in general
Had a good time as father and son
How I want him to become a man
Who will stand up for his principles and values
To be someone good
I hope he reads this some day when he is older
This song can be heard on our first album called
Controlling the world from my bed
That would later be called Heartbeat
What interested me here is the lick itself
How the delay is affected by the reverb
And vice versa
There are no rules on how you set up your guitar pedals
But I had it the "wrong" way around which
