Charlotte's Web

A spider hanging on a power line
She's doing what she can to stay alive
I wonder if she knows I sit inside
Observing her and desperately i cry

I know more than she ever will
She rebuilds and weaves her silk
Everyday
The wind blows it away
I wonder if she thinks she'll go with it someday

I've recently been learning how to sing
I've been relearning every little thing
I'm drowning in the memories I keep
I watch myself lose my abilities

I know more than I will believe
You don't see what I've been seeing
Everyday
The wind blows me away
But i've been all spun up inside the web she's Made

I've had nothing left
To do
But think of you
And I've gone back and forth
I don't know why
But I keep trying

I keep trying
I keep trying
You should put a spider sound at the end
