Siren Song

Lately, I've had a siren song replaying in my mind
I couldn't tune it out even if I tried
Her voice is honey-sweet and it hits like a dart
Now I know every word, every insult by heart

Cause I've been dining with a demon and now she knocks on my door
Yeah, I've been sleeping with a siren and now she sings at my shore

And sinks her claws into my face
And tells me that I'm a basket case
And now I'm living with the villain and we're glued by the waist
She slowly starts to take my place

She holds me by the tongue with every joke that I make
When we get home she tells me all of my mistakes
Now I've got so many eggshells stuck to the bottom of my feet
They cover my bedroom floor, she lays them out for me

Cause I've been dining with a demon and now she knocks on my door
Yeah, I've been sleeping with a siren and now she sings at my shore

And sinks her claws into my face
And tells me that I'm a basket case
And now I'm living with the villain and we're glued by the waist
She slowly starts to take my place

My shoulder's getting pretty heavy
And her whispers are starting to haunt me
But if I'm not sleeping with the enemy then I'm just sleeping alone

Yeah, I'm dining with a demon and she knocks on my door
And I'm sleeping with a siren and she sings

And I sink my claws into her face
And I tell her that she's a basket case
And now she's living with the villain and we're glued by the waist
Yeah I slowly start to take her place

Yeah, I think I might've taken her name
Yeah, I'm running through the blood in her veins
Yeah, I think that me and her are the same
And she's only got herself to blame
